
As a reminder the Directors and Officers and Employment Practices Liability policies are claims-made policies and as such claims need to be reported to Chubb as soon as possible, especially as the policy was renewed on April 1st. Delays in reporting the loss to Chubb can cause your claim to either have coverage delays or even potentially have it denied. In order to avoid this make sure individuals at your affiliate know exactly who is responsible for these matters and who to notify when notice of a potential claim is received.
